Each item is carefully handmade, which means creation takes time. Small and tiny variations are part of the charm and make every piece unique.
Processing Time
Please allow time for your order to be created before it is shipped. Handmade art cannot be rushed, and I always want to make sure your jewelry piece is made beautifully.
Need It By A Certain Date?
If you're ordering for a birthday, gift, event, or special occasion, please contact me via Instagram DM before placing the order so I can let you know if the timeline is possible.
Customs & Personalized Orders
Each piece are made specially for you as we don't keep anything in hand. Because of the time and care involved, personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once work has begun on a custom piece, changes may not always be available.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time may vary depending on your location and postal services. While I will always do my best to help and sort things out, shipping delays are sometimes outside my control.
Lost Packages
If your package appears delayed, please allow some time for the courier to complete delivery. If an order is officially confirmed as lost, I will gladly work with you to find the best solution.

Kindly make sure your shipping address, email, and contact information are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect information may result in delivery issues.
Returns & Refund
Each item is handmade and customized especially for you, so returns, exchanges, and refund are not available once an order is placed. If your jewelry piece arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact me within 24 hours of delivery so I can help resolve the issue. If your package is lost or there is any shipping related problem, please reach out to me, and I'll do my best to assist you.
