Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Every jewelry piece is packed with love and prepared especially for you, so once your order begins its journey through our processing queue, we aren't able to cancel or make changes to it.

If Something Arrives Damaged

We want your package to bring smiles, not disappointment. If your item arrives damaged or broken, send us a message via Instagram or Email and we'll make it right. To help us investigate quickly and fairly, please include an unboxing video when contacting us.

If  Your Package Goes Missing

If your order is lost in transit, we'll happily provide a full refund. However, if the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered, we won't be able to issue a refund for missing parcels after delivery confirmation.
